Consultation enquiries include your name, work email, company, screening interests and any message you choose to share. Client portal accounts include the user's work email. Candidate portal access uses the email or mobile number registered for a case, and any clarifications or documents a candidate uploads.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond and plan a screening programme. Case and candidate information is processed only for the verification commissioned by the client. Any additional checks require an agreed purpose, permitted scope and applicable consent.
Access and control
Enquiries are accessible only to authorised team accounts. Clients see only their own cases; candidates see only progress and requests for information, never outcomes. Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion of information and identify your request without sending sensitive documents.
Before a screening programme begins
Retention periods, customer responsibilities, cross-border processing arrangements and screening-specific rights must be documented for the applicable programme and jurisdiction.
